L&L Engineering is building a talent pool of experienced engineering and skilled-trade personnel who are interested in future UK project opportunities.

Expression of interest

This is a talent-pool registration, not an advertisement for a confirmed vacancy. Applying does not guarantee employment, selection or visa sponsorship.

Trades and professions of interest

We welcome applications from suitably experienced personnel, including:

  • Coded welders and fabricators

  • Pipefitters

  • Platers

  • Mechanical fitters

  • Riggers

  • Electricians

  • Supervisors and chargehands

  • Quality assurance and quality control personnel

  • Welding coordinators and inspectors

  • Commissioning personnel

The roles required for each project will vary. Applicants will only be considered for positions that match their experience, qualifications and trade competencies.

What we are looking for

Requirements will depend on the position but may include:

  • Relevant and verifiable trade experience

  • Recognised qualifications or apprenticeship records

  • Current trade certificates, welding codings or inspection qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, engineering-construction or process environments

  • A strong commitment to health, safety and quality

  • Suitable references and evidence of employment history

  • The ability to complete interviews, competency assessments or trade tests

  • The ability to satisfy applicable UK employment, site-access and immigration requirements

UK visa sponsorship

Visa sponsorship may be considered for eligible positions and applicants, but it is not guaranteed by registration in the talent pool.

Where sponsorship is available, applicants must meet the immigration requirements in force at the time of application. These may include the relevant occupation, salary and English-language requirements.

Full details of the employment arrangements, sponsorship process and applicable costs will be provided before a successful applicant is asked to accept an offer or begin a visa application.
